• Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and weight of the package.

• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns: We accept returns for non-personalized, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at boldchicboutique@gmail.com. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

• Personalized and Custom Items: We do not accept returns for personalized or custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a non-personalized, non-custom item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process. The item must be in its original condition and unused. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
